After deleting most of my apps on iPad mini I still get message storage is full. I have cleared history and data from safari and that did not clear up storage either. Is there any way to clear up storage space. Thanks for any help,

Restart your iPad after deleting data then check available storage.

Have you reviewed your storage usage? Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > STORAGE Manage Storage? Find out which app is using the most storage. You may have a lot of sent mail or something.
